Pre/ Onboarding new leaders
Managers to be onboarded and trained with the new manager introduction presentation or other manager onboarding activities
All new managers to participate in SE Manager program when available and possible

All new employees should be introduced to Stora Enso Packaging Solutions culture, values and wanted behaviors as part of their onboarding
All new employees should have an individual onboarding plan in place before first day
